Roof Remake operates as a lead-generation and advertising marketplace. We connect consumers seeking roofing services with local contractors and service providers. We are not a roofing contractor, service provider, manufacturer, or installer. We do not perform roofing work, guarantee the quality of any contractor's services, or participate in transactions between you and any service provider.

4. Personal Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the publicly available portions of the Site for legitimate personal, non-commercial inquiries. You may not use the Site for data mining, scraping, or any unauthorized automated collection of information.

5. Proprietary Rights

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Roof Remake or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roof Remake and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Columbia, Missouri, rather than in court. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the Site by sending written notice to our mailing address. Class-action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived.

15. No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Roof Remake.
