Additional states have privacy laws with narrower scope, including Nevada (opt-out of sale of certain information under NRS 603A.340) and Washington (My Health My Data Act, Wash. Rev. Code § 19.373, for consumer health data). Residents of those states have specific rights described further below.

Rights Available to State Residents

Subject to verification and to the exceptions in your state's law, residents of the states listed above may have the following rights:

• Right to Know / Access: Confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy of the information we hold, including the categories of information, the sources, the purposes of processing, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Delete: Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to Data Portability: Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable, and where technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit it to another entity without hindrance.
• Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: Direct us not to sell or share your personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: Opt out of the processing of your personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising.
• Right to Opt-Out of Profiling: Where applicable, opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to only those purposes necessary to provide the goods or services you have requested.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of the rights described above. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercise your rights.
• Right to Appeal: If we deny your privacy request, appeal our decision using the process described below.

How to Exercise Your Rights

You may exercise any of the rights described above by contacting us using one of the methods below. To help us respond, please include (1) the state in which you reside, (2) the specific right you are exercising, and (3) enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity.

We will confirm receipt of your request without undue delay, and generally within 10 business days. We will respond substantively within the timeframe required by your state's law — typically 45 days from receipt of a verifiable request, extendable by an additional 45 or 90 days where reasonably necessary and with notice to you. If we cannot verify your identity or if a legal exception applies, we will explain in writing.

Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms (GPC)

For residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas, we recognize universal opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser or device. If we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and, where applicable, of processing for targeted advertising, for that browser and device. Because a GPC signal is browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable it on each browser and device you use.

Verifying Your Identity

Before we respond to a request to know, correct, delete, or port your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity. We may ask you to provide additional information that matches information we already have on file so that we can confirm the request is coming from you (or your authorized agent). We will only use information you provide for verification purposes and will delete it as soon as practical after processing your request.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide us with written permission from you to make the request, signed by you, and we may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us or to confirm that you provided the agent with permission.

Right to Appeal

If we decline to act on your request, we will notify you in writing of the reason for the denial and your right to appeal. To appeal a denial, email support@roofremake.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal" and include the date of your original request and the reason you believe the denial was in error. We will respond to your appeal in writing within 60 days of receipt (or as required by your state's law), including an explanation of our decision. If your appeal is denied, we will provide you with information on how to submit a complaint to your state attorney general.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by state law — such as government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, financial account information, or health data — for our own purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the services you request. Where a state law provides a right to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, you may exercise that right by contacting us using the methods described above.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not use your personal information for solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide the disclosures and opt-out rights required by applicable state law.

State-Specific Provisions

California

California residents have additional rights and disclosures under the CCPA/CPRA, including specific categories of personal information collected, sold, and shared over the past 12 months. Nevada

Under Nevada Revised Statutes § 603A.340, Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered information. To submit a verified Nevada opt-out request, email support@roofremake.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."

Washington — My Health My Data Act

Washington residents have specific rights regarding consumer health data under the My Health My Data Act (Wash. Rev. Code § 19.373). To the extent we process any consumer health data covered by that law, you may request to access, delete, or withdraw consent to processing of such data by emailing support@roofremake.com. Note that the Site is not intended to collect consumer health data.

California Consumer Request Metrics

We believe California consumers should be able to see how we handle the privacy rights they exercise. The following table reports, for calendar year 2025, the number of consumer rights requests we received in each category, how many we fulfilled or denied, and how quickly we responded.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its implementing regulations (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7102), the metrics below cover consumer requests received between January 1 and December 31, 2025.

Requests may be denied in whole or in part where they cannot be verified, are not made by a California consumer or an authorized agent, fall within a statutory exception, or for other lawful reasons. Response time is measured in median days from the date a request is received to the date of our substantive response. Where we received no requests of a given type during 2025, the count is stated as 0 and no response-time figure is applicable.

These metrics are updated annually, no later than July 1, covering the prior calendar year.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Opt-Out Options

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional message or by contacting us at support@roofremake.com. State residents may also request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and other processing activities described in the Your U.S. State Privacy Rights section above. We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from browsers where required by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
